WILL NEVER BRING MY DOG HERE AGAIN! I brought my dog in Tuesday for a standard wash and groom. Once he was all finished, I brought him straight home and noticed he was dripping blood all over the floor. Upon examining my dog, I noticed a nail that was clipped too far and several cuts on his skin— both were actively bleeding. I called PetCo to see what happened, and immediately they were defensive and denying that anything had even happened. The manager even tried to suggest we gave him the injuries ourselves. I took him to the vet the next day and the vet confirmed that my dog was indeed cut by the groomer and that the groomer had used “Kwik Stop” to stop the bleeding and conceal the injury. I understand accidents happen, but this particular PetCo is dishonest and reckless about their mistakes. Would not trust them with my precious pet again. Spend the extra money and take your pet somewhere safe and precautious.

I love this location so much! The staff is so fun and friendly. I had been trying to convince my husband on Guinea pigs for a while and the staff was so helpful on providing education and encouraged me to handle them. Needless to say, we adopted two from this location and love the little guys to pieces. You can tell the staff really cares for the animals in their store and they handle them when they can to ensure they are not overly scared of handling. Both Guinea pigs are taming down so well because they have positive associations with people from the store. The store is always clean and just seems well managed. We have bought fish here in the past as well and have been nothing but pleased. So happy with our new pets and supplies and I will continue to support this location!

I had a training class for my puppy Charlie with Andy. He was really a great and patient trainer. I was kind of confused about how to train my dog as first Pet. I would say after 6 classes with Andy I could manage him much much better. We had always fun in PETCO and a good guide out of him.Thank you Andy.

The customer serviced I received yesterday was awful. Normally I take my dog to get his grooming appointments done by Kylie who is incredibly sweet and patient with my dog. I had my appointment with Brittany yesterday and she was rude and nasty to me. My dog acted scared all day yesterday after the appointment, I will not be returning here because of this awful experience and I have been a loyal customer.
