Petfolk Veterinary & Urgent Care - Windermere

I loved this place! I arrived at the wrong location and the staff was incredibly understanding. They did not cancel my appointment despite me arriving 15 minutes late and it being close to closing time. Naomi greeted us immediately and we were taken to a private room. They brought a clean blanket in to make the experience more comfortable for my anxious fur baby Halo. Both Naomi and Dr.Selis were empathetic and patient while doing Halo’s wellness check to ensure they weren’t further stressing her out. My concerns were heard by both the vet tech and the doctor and they took the time to explain the medication’s I was provided as well as giving me additional useful information. Overall clean location and very friendly, caring staff. Would definitely recommend.

Just had an excellent experience at Petfolk Urgent Care, we took our cat Molly to be seen for behavioral issues due to bringing our newborn home, we were seen by Dr. Lemon, she gave us amazing advice and started Molly on therapy to calm her down. We were taken care of by Naomi, great nurse, very patient and kind, also Becca came in and helped us. Definitely recommend this place for your pet!! We will be back in two weeks!

Great experience! We loved working with Naomi and she broke down and explained everything so simple. Our dog Lady felt safe and loved the staff here. I recommend this place because it’s not like any other vet, this place is up to date, welcoming environment and doesn’t feel like a prison. This is the most thorough a vet has been with me and my babygirl! I cannot say enough good things about how welcoming, patient, detail oriented, and helpful with health literacy regarding my babygirl the staff were. My pup was the most calm she has ever been at a vet and they cared for her as if she were their own. Very pleased with the service and overall experience. Thank you guys for making a comforting and safe space not only for the fur babies but the parents too! You all care and it shows!☺️

We recently visited Pet Folk at Windermere with our cat Autumn, and we couldn't be happier with the experience we had! From the moment we walked in, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive. The staff took the time to thoroughly examine Autumn and patiently answered all our questions, putting us at ease and making sure we had the best care for our fur baby! The care and compassion they showed for our furry family member were wonderful! The clinic was clean, well-organized, and had a calming atmosphere, which made the visit even more pleasant. I highly recommend this vet to anyone looking for top-notch care for their pets. Thank you for taking such great care of Autumn!
