Mar 29, 2025 · HWells82If I could give a zero star I would, absolutely horrible the conditions all of these animals are in. Places like this need to be shut down! German Shepherd puppy in there named Ace is severely malnourished and probably won’t make it till next month. Don’t support these types of businesses. I’m sure the response will be some garbage run around they give all the other responses and will talk with management…yeah right. Absolutely sickening.
Feb 16, 2025 · Jaelyn CuevasThe fish were definitely not being kept right seeing as there was algae in more than half of the tanks and I even saw one tank where the light was not working. When I went into the aquarium area, there was literally a person there trying to fix a part of the tank and I don’t think he knew what he was doing because ehe was simply moving the “filter” around to different spots. The Bengal kitten that I was looking at had a dirty cage and was priced roughly as $2600. This was a 2 month old kitten and pure bred prices for kitten usually range from anywhere between $1000 to $2000 dollars while adult cats are typically $2500 to $3000 dollars. This kitten was also the only kitten in the cage, which personally I feel like you’d lower the price a little to get the kitten adopted since I very much doubt that the staff give the kitten much attention like it should be, but that’s my personal opinion. The spiders also were on a small cart by the fish, still in their containers instead of enclosures as well. I’m being very generous with the 2 stars.

Jan 22, 2022 · Mona ThompsonIf you are an experienced pet owner, walking through this store is a bit of a horror show. We went in yesterday to check out guinea pig supplies. Dogs are kept in tiny kennels and several had feces in their kennels and on their fur. Most are mixed breeds, not AKC recognized breeds, yet are being sold at higher prices than you’d find at a reputable purebred breeder. Fish tanks are full of algae and gunk. Saddest of all, we saw a rather despondent guinea pig that appeared to be full grown in a cage about 1/3 the size a guinea pig would need (it was being sold with that cage, too - so not even setting an owner up with what the animal needs), and there was nothing in the cage for enrichment and no hideout. Please do your research on whatever animal you are wanting to get. Know what they need to be happy and healthy and go to reputable breeders (or adopt). There are too many pet supply stores around to support this business in continuing to give animals less than the bare minimum.
