Had a great experience here with Karen! She truly exceeds in customer service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were very indecisive and wanted to play with more than one puppy. Karen was very nice and understanding helping us with all our requests. Very clean and well kept store. I would highly recommend Happiness is Pets to anyone wanting to adopt a puppy.

Oh my God the prices are horrendous. Almost twice as much as it would cost to get the same breed of dog from a reputable breeder with championship bloodlines. Honestly I expected all these puppies to be anywhere from $200 upwards to $800, but I am seeing 2,000 to 3500. And it's probably because they need to charge that much to cover the cost of running this business. And since I know for sure that the high price of these animals is because that's what it takes to run a brick-and-mortar shop like this, I'm not going to give it less than four stars. Especially when this place is so nice and clean.

Got our pup Myles (formerly Michael) from here. Couldn’t have asked for a better pup. The vet clinic they’re partnered with also seems to be really good too. They took good care of him when we went in for his checkup and said he was healthy. Been 5 months since we brought Myles home and he is still healthy and the most loving dog I’ve ever had. I also forgot to mention that if you’re concerned about them being connected to puppy mills to not worry. This location at least gets their pups from breeders that are approved through the Purdue University Canine Care program that’s designed to prevent puppy mills and let those looking for a new family member know that the breeder is held to a high standard.

Had a wonderful experience, however I feel I paid about 600 dollars more than I should have, but I will take that hit because of lack of experience and being a 1st time dog owner. But take away the cost, I absolutely love my Samuel Earl aka Sammy. Will be purchasing another shih tzu in June @ a much cheaper price.
