Petland Westfield/Carmel

Today was my first day at this store. I was really impressed with how the store functions. They have ferrets, bunnies, parakeets, hamsters 🐹 and puppies. I found the bunnies and the puppies the cutest. I ended up buying two bunnies 🐰. The staff was really friendly and helpful. I was able to buy everything I needed 🤩.

Kaitlynn was phenomenal in answering any and all questions we had about our new yorkie. She was full of knowledge and helped us through the entire experience. We kept her late and were undecided for a while, but she was very professional about everything. We’re thrilled with our new family member and highly recommend Petland to anyone.

I don’t know what their names are but the manager and the female that was like the assistant manager on Sunday night when we bought Copper our mini hippo were amazing. Not sure if the female is an assistant manager but if she isn’t she needs to be. We were skeptical about being able to get Copper and they both made it happen and we have fell in love with Copper. I would definitely drive out of my way to come back to that location just because of the two employees that worked with us to get Copper. I would highly recommend doing business at the Carmel location. 10/10

Love coming here to play with puppies!! Will definitely come back and get a puppy here once I can, they always have the cutest ones. Employees are also super friendly and helpful. Christin and Valeria were very sweet!

We adopted our puppy Baxter from here back in January and he is doing wonderfully and we had a fantastic experience here adopting him
