Young kid with glasses always helpful and goes above and beyond to assist me with what im looking for or needing help with in the Aquatics area and very attentive and knowledgeable with the marine side of aquatic section in store. We always get amazing customer service from this location ! We 2 dogs and we use the grooming service all the time. Today Drew Williams , a store employee assisted us above and beyond. We are grateful for gis assistance. And a big shout out to the grooming team.

I love this Petco. We go there for Vet and grooming services. Nick is our regular groomer and he always treats both my dog and me with respect. He does a great job "defurninating" Cody and is always pleasant and helpful.

Thomas was so patient talked with my princesses and educated them on the dead fish and how you guys return them! He was so helpful, got us exactly what we needed and my turtles had a great dinner. John the cashier, wow he seen a line starting to form and came right to help I was very impressed!

I waited 10 minutes for someone to come out with my curbside order. I finally walked in because their app just said "thanks for using curbside pickup" with no order. When I went in, two employees were just standing around chatting. I didn't want to go in the store for my own reasons. I don't usually use curbside pickups. It doesn't seem like a hard thing especially if the store is busy. If it had been, I'd not have an issue. But to sit and wait and then have two people standing around doing nothing is rather infuriating.
