I take our GSD puppy Ekho to this vet all the time, they’re the absolute nicest people, super knowledgeable and explain so I can understand exactly what they’re going to do before doing it, amazing costumer service and overall the best vet I’ve ever been to. I absolutely recommend this vet if you want to know that your fur baby is being taken care of the right way!

I cannot stress enough the deep, quality and degree of care that we have received from WAGS and their entire team for the past four years. Dr. Jordan, Dr. Ori, Dr. Laura, and all of the loving technicians consistently show up for us beyond regular appointments -- answering emails, being patient with photos in between visits, calling to check in, giving excellent advice, and more. Most recently, our dog needed emergency surgery and Dr. Jordan recommended the emergency vet, kept tabs on what was happening throughout, personally called me to consult before his surgery, and kept apprised to support with best next steps. I am blown away by the love they have for animals (and humans :)) and I will always recommend WAGS. We are so grateful!

I am incredibly impressed with Wags. The customer service is 1000000000000/10. The Veterinarians are 1000000000000/10. The staff is 1000000000000/10. The office is STUNNING. You walk in and are greeting by an incredibly friendly front desk who genuinely are happy to see you and very helpful. The vets there are amazing, they spend time with you and explain everything. They are up front about costs, and work with what you can and can’t push off to do their best to provide the best care for your budget. Every appointment I have, they call me after to check up on how my puppy is feeling post-treatment. I live in Hollywood and take the trip down to Brickell for my dog because the place is THAT good. And the maximum amount of time I’ve ever sat in that waiting room is 3 minutes.

Unfortunately after treating my dog in this place I went there in person yesterday to talk.to the vet that had seen him 2 days ago to say that our baby was not doing well.adter the treatment, medical and personal, they gave to our dog and us in the place we had been referred to was not at all what we expected, and she didn't have the time to.talk.to me to see what other referrals she had to.find a different cardiologist for.him. no patients where at the waiting room. He was at the back of their office attending g other patients it seems. This is what I was told. It was 11 am and I was told to go back at 2:30pm if I wanted to talk.to her in person. I asked for any other vets in that office. Nobody was able.to talk.to me. I was trying to get a referral from them to a different cardiogist as they had referred us to LEAD ER and it was the worst experience we could have. This is not what we expect from the vets in which hands we put the lives of our babies. Hours in these situation count and can save lives. They didn't care at all. They all.hide at the back of their lffice you are juat attended by a receptionist. I dont know who is the owner they never showed up. I have 2 more pets that they were following up.here of course I don't trust them any more nor I want to be mistreated like I was yesterday in the future. You are dealing with lives and the life of our pets for some people is as important as a human life, they don't deserve this. Find another place if you are looking for someone that really cares.

I've brought my cat here several times, and each visit has been excellent! This animal hospital truly cares for pets and handles them with kindness. I appreciate how they perform bloodwork right in front of you instead of behind closed doors. The vet was quick and easy. She hit the vein right the first time and kept Oliver calm and painless. He didn’t even flinch or try to run away. The staff is both gentle and very professional.
