Absolutely amazed by the work Jessica did on our baby, Hank! I was a bit hesitant to bring Hank here because it is a larger and busier place and this would only be his second grooming session. But we brought him in and she was just amazing!! She seemed very calm and confident while my husband explained what we wanted done. We felt comfortable leaving and trusted he'd be in good hands. Sure enough our boy was really well treated and he looks so handsome! The cutest mini Schnauzer! We will definitely book with and recommend Jessica!

I don't believe any of the employees or managers are knowledgeable enough to have living animals in the store. Should stick to food, toys, items, medications... honestly anything that is not alive. I visited a bird here often for a little over 6mo, he was in a see thru cage, with a plastic cover that had children's hand prints all over it, no telling how much that plastic barrier was tapped on or hit. I bought him, I couldn't take seeing this bird with uneven chopped up wings and tail feathers, tired eyes and dirty water/cage. I was told he was a trouble maker. I took him home and he slept on my shoulder in my hoodie for two entire days, and then started to like being held and played with, taught and talked to. He has become an amazing part of my family, and he shouldn't have had to deal with 6 or more months of trauma since he was hatched. He is still not trusting of everyone, and does bite when stressed, but he is in his forever home with all the patience in the world. He is two now, and still a work in progress, but all of us are. I'm grateful to have found him, just wish he didn't deal with so much trauma. TL:DR- due to lack of knowledge or empathy, none of the petcos should have living animals and just stick to items and products, and non living animals.

This Petco’s grooming center is fantastic! I’ve used them for over 8 years. First with a mixed breed doggie who had very fine and double coated hair. She always came out looking perfect! Now with my doodle mixed - who don’t have your typical doodle hair, but always come out looking perfect. Jess is the groomer we use and we love her. She knows what she’s doing, she’s willing to help us try out new cuts/styles for fun, and is great with our dogs. It’s always a good sign when your dog wants to go to the person who grooms them. We tend to bring a picture of the type of style we like - but we also know that our dogs hair is slightly different, so it’s just a guide for how we wish they can look. Little side note to doodle owners - make sure you know what type of hair your pup has before making requests of groomers. 🩷

The Groomer did an amazing job on my boy Charlie. I was able to change my appointment the same day from one PETCO location to another one closer to my house. They did exactly what I requested. I will be taking him back.
