Apr 27, 2025 · Chris lucasMy boy and I wanted to make more of a day off it, so we headed a bit farther field and landed here! Beautiful dog park. Wide open space with mulch covering to play. Plenty of seating and shade for the humans. An uncleared wooded area at the back of the large dog space for some good sniffing and adventure. Two areas - one for smaller and one for larger dogs. It was not crowded for a Sunday, but it was Easter Sunday - I was told by the friendly "regulars" that it is usually busier. Very nice park and very clean - I only saw one unscooped poop in the wooded area.
May 10, 2025 · Karen DochertyBeautiful park! We did not bike, but the bike area is awesome! The dog park was one of the best I’ve seen and we have traveled up and down the east coast checking out dog parks. There was lots of space, grassy area and wooded area for the dogs to run. It did help that it was a beautiful GA day! A variety of dogs with what seemed like responsible owners. Only one little fight broke out and was handled immediately. Will definitely go back when in the area! People in this area are so lucky to have this park! I hope they appreciate it and tear it with respect. Unfortunately, the only downside was there is a large trash receptacle and some disrespectful people brought their home furnishings like a couch and a trampoline to throw away- very sad! There was also a decent sized playground and bathrooms! Overall, a 5!
Mar 19, 2023 · Wendy HartmanAmazing dog park location and quality! It has wood chips in the front and woods in the back. All the dogs were very friendly and welcoming to my lad. There's a regular group of maybe 12 good dogs in the mornings to help socialize your dog 💜
Mar 19, 2025 · Murphy NormanAwesome place to take your dog but that’s only the beginning. Has a playground for the kids and a top notch bicycle track for beginners all the way up to a the pro level. They have a paved pump track that is perfect for any age and they have what seems like miles of track through the woods with huge gap jumps as well as table tops and berms. You really have to see it to believe it. Right in West Cobb county off of Mars Hill Rd.
