I took my puppy to Wolfgang Groomers expecting a proper grooming session, which I assumed included a haircut. What they explained was that the "puppy package" covers nails, eyes, and a bath—what they did **not** make clear was that no shaving or actual haircut would be included. This crucial detail was omitted during the consultation, leaving me extremely disappointed when my puppy came out looking exactly as he did when I brought him in—just as much of a fur ball, and oddly enough, smelling "rank." To make matters worse, when I questioned the service, the groomer was neither compassionate nor apologetic. Instead, they condescendingly repeated phrases like "as I said" and "like I explained earlier." This defensive attitude not only felt dismissive but also completely lacked professionalism. I was made to feel unheard, patronized, and even disrespected while they happily walked away with $50 of my hard-earned money. Now, I hesitate to bring this up, but I can't help but suspect that the way I was treated may have been influenced by my being a minority. It felt as though there was an unspoken bias or prejudice, which added an extra layer of discomfort to an already disappointing experience. While I can't say for sure, that was the impression I left with, and I feel it's important to share this perspective for others like me. On a positive note, I will acknowledge that the groomer did spot a health issue with my pup that needed immediate attention, and for that, I am grateful. However, based on the lack of transparency, poor customer service, and overall disappointing results, I will not be returning to Wolfgang Groomers. For anyone considering this place—especially if you're Black—I would suggest finding another groomer.

my name is Brandi and i recently got an cake from this location at Sugar Land Tx. the cake i got from here was pretty but terrible in texture and taste. it was rock solid hard before i even got home and not even my dogs wanted to eat it. 3 stars because the cake was actually pretty, cashiers were polite but not worth the 1 hour and a half drive for my dogs to not eat it. 😢

My husband and I had an appointment today for our sweet baby Ruby at 11:45 for a mini groom that always takes about 45 minutes. We’ve always tried to have our appointments with Derek because he is awesome and our corgi loves him but today we were scheduled with Phyllis since he was booked. My husband and I waited in the parking lot for almost 2 hours to get a call that Ruby was ready that never came so we went inside to figure out why her 45 appointment turned into a 2 hr appointment to find out that our sweet baby was forgotten. It’s so scary and upsetting for a pet owner to have trust in a place to take care of your pets and just forget about them and forget to call their owners that they’ve been ready. My husband and I are incredibly disappointed that a place we trusted with our fur baby could be neglectful.

I can't help but express my disappointment after our recent visit for a mini groom. Despite the clear instructions for a trim of the eye/visor, feet, and sanitary area, my puppy ended up with an unexpected and unsightly full cut on her face. Additionally, the groomer decided on a poodle leg cut without any request for such. Despite addressing the issue with politeness, no refund or discount was offered. James, though always kind, didn't rectify the situation as expected. Future customers, beware and be extremely specific in your instructions to avoid similar experiences. Ive included the before and after pictures for a visual representation of the discrepancy.
