I'm so pleased with the training services I received for my lab, Elena, at Petco Sugar Land. Henry is an excellent trainer with a true talent for connecting with dogs and positively redirecting their behavior. If you have a dog in need of some good solid training, look no further! Henry is your man, and he gets my highest recommendation. Big shoutout as well to sweet Carly for all her assistance with Elena's training.

I wanted the blue birthday pup pie for my 3 year old boy's birthday yesterday and they matched the price from the app!

Good selection of betta but most of the fish I take home from here bring a disease with them. Survival rate is about 60% in the first week. Absolutely quarantine them if you purchase any.

They have a little bit of everything for pets, making it a convenient one-stop shop. The groomers are also pretty good and take great care of our furry friends. Pro tip: They price-match their own website, which often has more competitive prices, so it's worth checking online before you shop. Overall, a solid choice for pet supplies and services!

Terrible customer service when answering the phone and super condescending when trying to get any information. I’m not a vet so it’s their job to inform me on the best route to take with my pet. I was super patient when explaining my situation to the man who answered the phone and he told me he didn’t want to go back and fourth with “all my questions” and he wanted to just transfer me to another store when I had already made an appointment with this location. I explained how I was just a bit confused as he was not answering my question after explaining it in different ways to him in a kind manner and he responded in a very demeaning manner telling me to go find another store and hung up on me when trying to still talk to him. I am very patient when it comes to people and maybe he was having a bad day but it doesn’t excuse plain rudeness when kindly asking a question about the vaccination services. Don’t know his name but don’t come to this location because who knows how they would treat animals if they treat their customers like this.
