Convenient location, courteous staff, well stocked with a variety of high end dog and cat foods, both dry and frozen, dehydrated and canned. Treats, bathing necessities, fish and aquariums, and more! Great selection in a small store! Prices are reasonable but 2 of the 3 times I’ve made purchases I’ve been overcharged, not looking at my receipt until I’ve left the store. For a few bucks, not worth fussing but something to keep an eye out for. I think this is the only pet supply in town!

I called and got an appointment the same day. We are from Ohio visiting our son. Our groomer Jamie was very nice. Did a good job on our fur baby. Groomed him just like we wanted. Thank you Jamie. And the young man in front was courteous as well. Highly recommended business. Thank you

Great place always very helpful and friendly. I take my dog Kaylee to get haircuts here all the time. I forget the Groomer’s name but she is very friendly very professional always gives Kaylees a haircut that I love. ❤️ and the price is right. Love this place😁

Been coming here for past 5 years and will not be coming anymore. Called about the self service dog wash and was told by a female employee it was available at a certain time but to call 10 mins before arrival. Called 10 minutes before and was told by another female employee someone was using it but they would be done by the time we arrived. We showed up and was rudely told by a male employee who interjected himself that it was not available whatsoever because the groomer was there and still had 2 more dogs. We explained how 2 different female employees told us it was available but he would not listen to us and kept rudely saying he already said it was occupied. By this time, a female groomer who was using the dog wash also interjected and began shouting "you already told him!" While I'll admit the 2 female employees were apologetic, the male employee and the female groomer were beyond rude, disrespectful and had no business interjecting themselves into a calm conversation I was having with the initial 2 female employees. This all started because the employees were not communicating with each other and was honestly a misunderstanding all around but was blown out of proportion by the male employee and female groomer. Beyond disappointed by how I was treated when I've been a loyal costumer.

Employees working on Feb 5th 2025 at approximately 330 were extremely rude. Especially the male Employee and 3rd party groomer. I've shopped at this location A LOT over the years and so have our family and friends. I will never do business with uptown pets again and will tell everyone I know not to come here anymore.
