I’ve been taking my dog to this clinic since he was a puppy, and he’s now two years old. Each visit is a reassuring experience, knowing my pet is receiving top-notch care. While emergency situations are never pleasant, the staff and doctors have always been incredibly helpful, informative, and compassionate. My dog, affectionately known as the "infamous pretzel," is quite the curious one and tends to put everything in his mouth—from spiders to gum, and most recently, suffered ant bite- I know. As a concerned pet parent, I rushed him to the clinic, even though it wasn’t a serious issue. The team made me feel at ease, never judging my decision to seek help, and genuinely cared about my concerns. During my latest visit, Dr. Emma Byers was exceptional. Despite being the only doctor on duty and managing multiple emergencies, she remained so kind and attentive to my situation, which was clearly less urgent. I didn’t mind the 2+ hour wait at all, thanks to the wonderful service I received. They provided updates every 30 minutes, and the hot chocolate made the wait even more enjoyable. A huge thank you to Emma and the sweet front desk staff who took care of me. I would recommend this clinic 10,000 percent! You can trust that your pets are in great hands! Pretzel is doing great and his paw is feeling much better! 🐾

The care my dog received from Dr. Johnson and nurse Mike was exceptional. They showed genuine compassion and professionalism, ensuring my dog felt comfortable throughout the visit. What truly stood out was how much time they took to explain every step of the process, making sure I fully understood the treatment plan. Their dedication and patience made all the difference, and I couldn’t be more grateful for the whole staff at this facility. Thank you for caring for my fur baby.

From the moment Maisey and I walked in to when we stepped out the door shortly after, we had an amazing experience. Everyone was so kind, welcoming, friendly, and knowledgeable. Maisey was comfortable and they took great care of her. I loved the Pride heart tshirts the staff were wearing and love finding affirming businesses to support. It maisey ever needs another emergency vet we will definitely go back to Blue Pearl. Thank you!

Had a wonderful experience. It was after hours for my vet and they suggested BluePearl of Brandon. My 90lb golden retriever who was extremely sick. They meant her out at the car and started work on her immediately. Bella had cancer a year ago and we went to our regular vet for a tumor removal surgery of 2k. Unfortunately a year later the cancer came back. I wanted to put her on IVs but the vet was very honest with me that Bella would not survive. The total cost was 168 to walk in. 50 for a test to see if tumor was back and 80 for cremation. They were so compassionate and caring. Also saved us money by letting us know that the iV would not prolong things and Bella would still be suffering. Thank you to the staff for taking care of Bella and myself.

When you are at a loss how to care for your beloved pet, this is the place to go. I was visiting for the holidays and my chihuahua started having unexplained pain. We were able to get in and get a solution that made her comfortable. There was a wait but I was in a comfortable exam room the entire time. Not in a waiting room. My pet was calm and comfortable. The vet clearly explained my options and didn’t push the most expensive solution. My pet is now feeling better and back to being her playful sassy self. I wish we had a vet like this in my home town.
