Great store and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Prices are pretty much in line with other stores with some item much more reasonable. Location is good. Easy to find across the street from Tom Bell Toyota. Give them a try.

The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They helped me make a decision for what toys would be best for my dog. The store has a good selection of chews and treats. I was also able to find sunscreen for my dog there.

Stumbled upon this store while having my truck serviced at the Toyota dealer. I recently adopted a German shepherd husky so just wanted to browse and maybe find her some toys and treats. When I walked in, the staff was very welcoming and asked what type of pet I had. The manager advised how picky/sensitive huskies are and suggested food brands that are were healthy and made with fresh ingredients. They even had the cutest dog tags that you could have engraved. I will definitely be going back!

The guy at the door with the cats was the only one friendly to me. I was surprised the dog tags were $10 to get a flimsy thin tag and the thicker tags had to be mailed. I let out a disappointed “ohh” and the lady said it’s “$7.99 you get what you pay for.” Idk it was my first time here and I didn’t like it. She was annoyed I even asked to see the dog tags when I was trying to decide on one. I went to pet smart and spent my $30 on a heavy duty cute tag and fresh food.

We drive down from Crestline to shop at this store. Super kind and knowledgeable staff. They always say hello and greet us when we come in. They even exchanged our food for us after we accidentally got the wrong formula and our pups had tummy problems. They are so kind to offer samples and their knowledge if you ever have a question! Our pups love their kibble and their treats we get from here ❤️ A great place to buy treats and food! We love purchasing Open Farm products locally and not having to worry about them arriving in the mail.
