okii. here my story. i got my puppy. 9 weeks old golden retriever.at July 2023.i know its been a while.they offer 6 month sick dog policy. but doesn't matter. i paid almost $900-1000 cant remember the correct amount but around that price. Dec. 24 my dog gets sick and confirmed with cancer. lucky me i got insurance for my dog and we can able do something. but my 1 y 9 month puppy gets cancer. most of all reason is genetic. i called the owner. i didn't even cause trouble. not ask money or anything. just let them know. he said he will call me back for the dog parents information. but never did. its been 3 weeks after i contract with him. im very disappointed about it. ill never go back there for sure. since he never cares to call back or even ask the following information about the puppy. business is business i can see. but my dog is suffering and dying.
