Our 1.5 year old french bulldog just finished his sixth week of Fundamentals training with Michelle at Unleashed! Michelle not only helped our pup, but truly helped educate us as dog owners. She was patient, answered any and all questions we had each week and puts so much love and care into her work! We left the six week course feeling confident in the tools we learned in class to help our pup continue to succeed. We highly recommend this option of training, especially with Michelle at the Hillcrest Unleashed location. Thanks so much, Michelle! :)

Petco Unleashed is a fantastic place for pet owners! The staff is always friendly, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. They offer an impressive variety of high-quality cat food that my pets absolutely love. It’s clear they truly care about pet health and well-being, making this my go-to store for all feline essentials and advice. Highly recommend!

Its unpleasant when you walk into a store and they ask you if youre doordash, that latina lady with the red hair acted like she cared about nothing and offered no apology or remorse about her behaviour. Disgusting. They didnt have dental powder or cat toothbrushes or toothpaste, terrible pet store, bad employees. I tried to flag down an employee who was free but they ran to the backdoor at the site of me. How a store like this runs with such employees is beyond me

Although extremely overpriced we still normally purchase our animal items there to support our local businesses; however im not sure if Rhonda was having a bad day but she definitely was taking it out on the clients & her coworkers, sighing andeye rolling at each question. Wont be back here for awhile

I was very happy to find an extra small inflatable e-collar at this location after striking out at many other pet stores. When I approached the associate and asked where their e-collars were, the associate, kindly walked me through the store and showed me three different areas with different options. I would not have seen all of these options as they were spread out in different areas. It was very helpful to find the one that worked best for our kitten!
