Fun environment, the owner, Ashley, is really great and friendly, but he staff did an amazing job cleaning up my 60 pound golden doodle who was in desperate need of a makeover. Plus, you can buy drinks while you wait Not your average Dog Grooming service. Highly recommend!

Serious Oversight at Pure Pawsh – Pet Owners, Beware We recently took our dog, Penny, to Pure Pawsh for a dye job on her feet. Unfortunately, the experience turned into a distressing ordeal when we discovered that the groomer had left tight rubber bands on her two hind legs. Despite providing extensive evidence—including photographs, videos, and even one of the rubber bands I personally delivered to the shop—Ashley, the owner, denied that this could have happened at her establishment. Rather than taking our concerns seriously, Ashley was defensive from the start, offering alternative explanations and refusing to acknowledge the possibility of an oversight by her team. What’s most troubling is her unwillingness to accept feedback and ensure this doesn’t happen again. This dismissive attitude erodes any confidence that Pure Pawsh is committed to the safety and well-being of the pets in their care. As pet owners, this has been an incredibly difficult situation for us, especially since we still don’t know if there will be permanent damage to the tendon in Penny’s heel. What could have been an opportunity for accountability and improvement has instead left us feeling unheard and disappointed. To other pet owners: please be cautious. If this could happen to our dog, it could happen to yours. Ashley, I urge you to reassess how feedback is handled and prioritize the safety of your clients’ pets above all else. Mistakes can happen, but refusing to address them responsibly only increases the likelihood of more harm in the future. if your groomer’s adamantly telling u “u guys don’t utilize rubber bands” in your process, and u choose to ignore undeniable evidence, then how can we trust u with our furry family members?

We left off our dog for a bath and trim, and he came out great - clean and fresh (and not too perfume-y). The friendly, calm atmosphere helped keep him calm too. He hates baths and normally gets a little frantic, but he almost seemed to enjoy the experience here.

Great locally owned pet boutique with friendly staff, amazing toys/treats, and fun events! Love that they sell so many products from other SD small businesses. They also have strong ties to several amazing local rescue organizations. Support small business - they are the heartbeat of our community 🫶

The beers were delicious and the atmosphere was great. North Park is lucky to have this new local business.
