I bought the Matt at a mall kiosk. The guy helping me was great & the products seem to be made of durable high quality materials. I purchased the Matt & unfortunately my dog & cat aren’t a big fan of it. I love the mat especially since it's easily portable, but my dog seems to like thicker mats & will flatten out her foam dog house & sleep on top of that instead. My dog is only 7.2 pounds so not sure why she doesn't like the thickness of the mat. Guess she's just picky. The one thing I don't like about the mat is I can't figure out a good way to get the straps out of the way when it's unrolled so my dog doesn't chew on them. Right now I wrap them around the handle & that seems to help.
