Unleashed by Petco

My other local Petco. This location has an excellent self wash area that has 4 stations to wash and dry. Perfect if you have more than one dog and there's 2 owners as you an get in and out super quick. Everything provided for the wash too including towels, shampoo, tie downs for the pups, and dryers at each tub.

This was my first trip to Unleashed It was clean organized and they are following all Covid-19 protocols this includes disinfecting between customers and offering hand sanitizer. The staff was very pleasant and even though it's very close to the Christmas. I was able to find the pet playpen I was looking for at a reasonable price. I also found some yummy treats for my new puppy. Luckily they use the same Petco rewards. Winning

I needed pain meds for my senior dog, so ordered for a pick up and it was ready the next day by opening time. Went into Unleashed and a friendly woman noticed right away that I needed help and gave me my order. Such an easy and fast pick up process, since they have parking right in the front entrance of the Bressi Ranch location.

Dog wash stations are open on 3 sides unlike other stores. Easy and actually fun to wash even if you're short. Dog can't get away from a thorough cleaning! Very clean, staff is nice and helpful.

Karitsa was amazingly helpful and fantastic customer service. They have my loyalty for all my pet needs. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. My dogs even loved her!!!
