Great place with friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful staff. Recently started fresh with a 15 year old 10 gallon tank. Came to triad reef critters and with lots of help and advice, got a result I'm super pleased with! (Picture attached). Everything in the tank is from this store and is doing great! Just started a new 29 gallon tank and plan to purchase all I need from this location for that as well! 100% recommend

I called excited to have found a place to buy a salt water tank shop in the triad. I spoke with someone and we discussed coming in. So we came in and spent at least two hours here going over what exactly we wanted. They were saying numbers throughout and had a binder where they wrote all we wanted, cabinet sizes, tank size etc and at the end they then said we’d have to wait for the owner to call us with quotes and to put our order. We were seriously going to buy here and move forward. After months of waiting and checking in we still have yet to have hearing anything at all and never got our order put in. The day we came in to buy was November 9th and now it is February 6th when I’m leaving this review after being left hanging completely. Had to buy an aquarium elsewhere. I’m going to give two stars because the staff member that day was nice and knowledgeable however at the end of the day, they didn’t see us through to the end and get us what we came in to buy.

This place has a s tropical and marine fish, coral reefs and all the supplies you need for them. They have better prices for fish food than pet stores plus they have more knowledge to help you succeed with your tanks.

After having a negative experience at another pet store Triad Reef Critters helped us find the right fish for our 10 gallon tank. We have a very happy tank. Unfortunately one fish died within 36 hours of getting the fish and they do not offer any sort of refund in cases like that.

We worked with Noah, who was very knowledgeable and patient. We were interested in starting a salt water aquarium. He was able to answer all of our questions and used their display equipment to help us visualize the differences in filtration systems. They have both salt and fresh water fish and plants. As we were looking around, we had several employees check on us to see if we needed anything or had any questions. Everyone was friendly. We will definitely be back to fill our new tank!
