I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this pet store due to unacceptable customer service. I brought my service dog in training, Sophia, to explore a new environment. From the moment we arrived, the cashier, Mackenzie, offered no greeting. When I initiated a polite “hello,” she ignored me entirely. As we shopped, Sophia, who is usually calm, began barking unusually often. I soon noticed she was barking at Mackenzie who was following us through the aisles, glaring and acting as though we were potential thieves. At one point, she even tried to hide by pretending to arrange lower-shelf items when I caught her watching us. The entire experience was unsettling, unnecessary, and deeply offensive—especially given that I was browsing larger items impossible to steal while managing a leash. This behavior was unprofessional and discriminatory. I will not return to this store and have shared my experience with my community to warn others. Customer service like this is unacceptable, and I hope the management takes action to ensure no one else feels treated this way.

We enjoy coming here to get supplies for our cat and also for fish and live aquarium plants. This is the only place I’ve bought tetras from that actually live (lol).

It's a wonderful place. if you're going to shop for aquariums, fish items, aquatic pets and live pet food this is the best choice locally. A lot of options and great prices. For the price of an aquarium at petsmart I was able to fully accommodate my new born turtle's, 2 adult turtles, and get a new Dubois and mealworm culture started for Under $123 total. I have raised turtles frogs and hermit crabs for many years so I know just about everything there is to know about them. I can confidently say if you have these species of animals this is one of the best place to visit. My experience with the store was mostly positive but I did have one negative interaction I did not like to see hermit crabs in a purely sand environment. if you can please replace the digging medium with Coco fiber, Eco Earth, or exo terra as they require higher humidity and sand is not conducive to maintaining consistent humidity. The sand environment won't harm the hermit crabs but I strongly believe it's best to represent a good habitat.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Great selection of items for our kitten. I found just the type of cat tower I was looking for to fit in our small apartment. Ringo loves it! And prices are reasonable too.
