We took our Goldendoodle (8 months) to the groomer, Vanessa was amazing! We will always request her! We didn’t have a good experience at all pets considered where her head and mouth fur was still long. We were in awe of how she transformed my doodles haircut!! She made sure to get her ears and under her chin. She is so cuteeeeeee!! She was also fast and kind. It looked like she lost a bunch of weight.

Have had our dog Lexa groomed here for years she came back looking uneven and like a rat. Never seen her so uneven in my life clear as day didn’t have her usual groomer do it. Never taking her here again

I normally order online from Petco, but I was out of town where there was this physical store, so I got to save on shipping. I wasn't sure where the checkout was so I went to ask an employee who was stacking boxes behind an empty register area. She was forceful in saying go to register 2. I complied and when she came over to register 2 I explained I had never been in the store and she explained that most people just stood there when she requested they wait for her at the open register. I gave her my phone # and she saw that I was a mail order customer and then she expressed appreciation for my business. I think she just needed to vent. I do plan on returning to the store next time I am in that location. I left satisfied with her service.

Recently purchased fish and 10 gallon tank. Unfortunately I wasn't able to bring the fish home due to the water needs to be purified. I have been in there several times trying to decide what I wanted. David helped me multiple times. The day I went to pick the fish up with the tank David was off as he told me he would be. Hayden helped me out a lot as well. Hayden is the one that gave me the information on. I could not get the fish the same day I got the tank or I would have killed them. They both are very knowledgeable. When I took the tank home I had some issues putting in the blue lights. I brought it back up there with the hope of someone possibly helping me. Ki Ki helped me put the lid and the lights together. She took time out to help me in between helping other customers. Ki Ki also went above and beyond. Petco has a great staff working for them!
