This was my daughter's first very own fur baby experience and it was Amazing. Bella was awesome and so helpful. Rachel came in to seal the deal and she was also wonderful. We are so grateful for such a delightful experience. I 100% recommend Puppy Dreams for purchasing your pets.

Sky was the best! She helped us bring home this sweet heart! He had been there for a while and was in a kennel with our puppy we bought in February. She worked with me and helped us so we could work things to get him home with his buddy. Ask for Sky she really cares for these pups!

We saw a puppy that online this place was advertising. We booked an appointment for a 5:30 meet up. I confirmed it that morning and responded to them with a question they had at 1:00 PM and was confirmed for my 5:30 appointment. I drive from 3 hours out to arrive at my appointment promptly at 5:30. I arrived and they stated they sold the dog 2 hours earlier and I would I be interested in another dog. My thing was I know appointments don’t secure the purchase of the dog. Why not call and say “Hey, unfortunately the puppy you were interested in has been sold. Can we reschedule you with another possible pup?” When I asked that, they stated they didn’t even know I had appointment which doesn’t make sense they reached out to me for confirmation! Here is my theory.. they didn’t have the dog advertised. It was bait to get you to come in. Do not waste your time as I have. Just spreading the word to my fellow consumers

I have had so much fun looking at the puppies at Puppy Dreams on Blvd 26 in North Richland Hills! These puppies are so sweet. They’re well taken care of. They’ve got good pens just waiting for somebody to come take them home. I think I found a little cava poo that may be coming home with me. She says she wants to. I just need to tell daddy about her. The people that work here are very helpful. They’re not pushy. They just want you to make sure that that you want those babies. You need to come take a look and find a baby that you can take home.
