I was in need a of a good vet and came across PCC. They worked on my dogs toes and got us caught up on shots. They got me in really fast. The care they provide is top notch the head Vet truly cares about her patients. Unfortunately my dog ended up getting cancer and the PCC team was with me the whole time. Recommending good specialist and informing me what to look for. After sharing a teary hug I knew this was the best place to say good bye to my best friend. Everyone was so kind and supportive knowing he was suffering and I had to call it. I felt so comfortable in their care and my boy went so peacefully. I could not have prayed to Dumbledore for better care. I have a great image in my head of my sweet boy sleeping peacefully crossing that rainbow bridge. I will continue to recommend PCC to Frinds and when I’m ready I’ll take my new pets to them. Thank you doesn’t express how grateful I am for this team. Much love.

I can’t say enough good things about this place. It’s clear the staff is in it for the love of animals. I have an older dog with heart problems and arthritis, and I totally trust the doctor here to give him the best possible care. I recommend this vet to everyone. A bit of a drive for me but worth it.

I was searching for affordable vet care and decided to try Pet Care Coalition’s Aurora location because of their advertised discounts for low-income clients. When I called, the staff mentioned an appointment available in an hour due to a cancellation, but securing it required a deposit. They gave me an estimate for the services, which seemed reasonable enough to move forward. The quoted price I received over the phone, however, turned out to be inaccurate. Trusting their information, I paid the deposit and rushed to gather my tax documents and my dog’s medical records. My dog is 7 years old with severe allergies. She’s on a strict kangaroo-based diet and has been receiving allergy shots for years. I carefully explained her detailed medical history and care requirements during the call, hoping this clinic would be a dependable new provider since I recently moved to the area. Things quickly unraveled when I arrived at the clinic. The in-person quote for services was higher than the phone estimate, though not by much. After hearing this, I brought up their advertised income-based discounts, hoping it would help reduce the cost before continuing further. After waiting about 30 minutes, the staff finally saw my dog but seemed indifferent to the information I had provided. Despite my clear and repeated warnings about her allergies, the vet carelessly gave her a Milk-Bone without consulting me. This was shocking and entirely unacceptable, especially for a dog with known allergic reactions to foods, insect stings, and even vaccines. What followed was even more infuriating. After this careless mistake, they informed me that the total cost would be 2.5 times the original estimate. The staff openly admitted to misquoting me twice but made no effort to resolve the discrepancy, instead charging the inflated amount. Since the deposit was nonrefundable, I felt cornered into proceeding. Had I known the actual cost from the beginning, I would have gone elsewhere. They eventually offered me a $43 discount for my income level, but this felt like a hollow gesture because it was something they already advertised online and the reason I called in the first place. It had nothing to do with their repeated mistakes. Adding insult to injury, this all occurred during the holiday season, a time when finances are already strained. The few correct things they did were no different from what other clinics provide for much lower costs. Their lack of transparency and outright dishonesty is what ultimately got me through their doors. I was also charged an additional $12 just to inject a shot that already cost $200. These fees felt exploitative and unnecessary. If I could purchase the medication and administer it myself, I would gladly do so to avoid this kind of treatment. This interaction felt like they were finding new ways to nickel-and-dime me at every turn. Are they charging a "vaccine injection fee" on top of every shot they give? Or just the kind my pup needed? This entire experience left me feeling exploited. Their insistence on a deposit based on false quotes, coupled with their carelessness regarding my dog’s allergies, displayed a blatant lack of integrity. For a clinic that claims to serve low-income families, their actions demonstrated the opposite of compassion or fairness. I’m sharing this review to detail what happened during my visit to Pet Care Coalition. I sincerely hope they reevaluate their policies and adopt a more honest and ethical approach. Veterinary care should be rooted in respect, transparency, and a genuine commitment to the well-being of pets and their families.

My dog Tapanga was seen by this clinic for her breast cancer and Dr. Forster was beyond AMAZING. She made my baby feel very comfortable and it felt as if we were talking to a friend, not a doctor just there to do their job. Dr. Forster went above and beyond for my pup and prescribed the perfect medications to help with my doggy’s infection caused by the cancer. I have had a great experience at this vet and I would recommend anyone who’s reading these reviews to go ahead and book an appointment. I wish I had found you guys sooner! May my dog rest in peace, but if she was here, I am 100% sure she’d vouch for this review, haha. Thank you.

They have always been great with my senior cat. It's income based so it helped me to be able to have my cat seen regularly.
