May 14,2024 exactly when me and my boyfriend bought the puppy at this store. I remembered coming in and Aurora was the only sale representative at the store and I didn’t even want to buy a puppy wanted to just see one and I fell in love with the first dog that I pet and told Aurora I would have to come back, make decisions on buying a puppy. Called the store the next day and she told me the puppy that I first wanted got sold, She told me to comeback and see the other dogs, she was very helpful with the process of buying a puppy, I didn’t want to buy a puppy but Aurora made me changed my mind. She was very knowledgeable about every puppy that was there in the store.She went above and beyond providing us all the information we needed about the puppy. Aurora did amazing and I saw how she enjoys her job being surrounded with all those puppy❤️

The puppies seem very healthy and well cared for. All vaccines and papers included. Very happy with the new member of our family ♥️

Very upsetting and unprofessional! We called today (a Sunday) in the morning to inquire about a puppy, and set up a verbal appointment to come in and see “Molly” (a mini golden-doodle) a little later — saying we’d be there before closing time at 5pm. We were at a number of other pet stores beforehand but made it there at 4:45pm as our last stop. When we got there, the door was locked; we knocked 3-4 times (with no one answering); we heard a female inside still talking to someone else; and we called 4 times to talk to someone (being ignored each call). Another couple came at the same time we did but were also forced to leave. To make matters worse (and confuse customers even more), the front of the door is painted with a sign that reads, “Open everyday until 7pm.” At the end of the day, your workers are there cutting corners (by closing early) in order to go home as soon as possible — and you’re losing business because of it.

Clean and welcoming, aurora was sweet and informative and answered all of my questions.
