Petco

Very welcoming employees that made it a friendly experience and an enjoyable one. I went looking for dog harnesses, and they were helpful and knowledgeable for what my dogs' needs were and able to help me pick out products accordingly. I would recommend checking this Petco out. Great job! Keep up the great customer service 👍😊

Everything pet you would want, and lots of critters, fish, birds, toys, clearance items. They also have a large variety of food for your pet, whether it be refrigerated dry or healthy options. The staff are friendly and they also have a nice grooming area. This Petco is in a nice area in the north west part of Las Vegas with lots of other stores like HomeGoods. Big Lots, and Home Depot.

Charlene, the apparent manager, seen below, has got to be the laziest, rudest, and least-concerned employee I’ve ever encountered at any shop, restaurant, or venue in my entire life. I had a cart with over $400 in product waiting for her at the cash register when the cashier could not ring up the prescription dog food that I need for my dear pet in kidney failure. She told me that my prescription did not have a barcode from petco, and that I’d have to see their sub-par vet to get the barcode. My prescription is from a real veterinarian. I showed her the prescription, and rather than ringing it through, she admitted that they don’t need me as a customer. My response was a profanity directed right to her, and I left my entire cart at the register and went to PETSMART, where I always get friendly, good, and helpful service. If i was the owner of this place, I’d fire this person. This wasn’t my first unpleasant experience with the staff at this store. DO NOT SHOP HERE!

Pretty much the same inventory as other Petcos. However, the aquarium section was unfortunate. The tanks were filthy with algae and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in at least two weeks. The staff member seem to know much at all. We wouldn't accept the state of adoption kennels if they were so filthy. Why is it okay for fish to swim in filth?

Ordered 3 bags of litter, they only chose to fulfill 1 bag for no reason. Manager kept telling me she’d refund me, but wouldn’t just fulfill my full order because of a system error. Insisted on wasting my time by stating I needed to place a second order to receive my other 2 bags, and I explained that splitting my order would remove the online discount I received for placing a large order. She didn’t care. What’s the point of shopping here when Chewy charges the same prices, doesn’t waste my time, and ships right to my door? That’s right, there is none at all.
