Petco stocks the brand of quality food my cats prefer, and it is offered at a competitive price. What made it even sweeter was the generous coupon they sent me! The staff was also friendly, helpful, and efficient. 👍
I took my dog to Petco on Ulster Ave.Asked that she be trimmed and given a bath,she a a doggy smell ! When I picked her up,the trimming was so so and they had put some sort of fragrance on her. I assumed it was AFTER her bath.When the fragrance wore off in about a day,the doggy smell was back,Indicating to me that the bath was never given. Do not trust them to follow through and do what you’re paying them to do !!! I will never go back and will be telling all my friends about this ripoff ! Did not have the option of no stars unfortunately.
I had an appointment for my dog to get a vaccination with Vetco. That went very well, from scheduling all the way through timely execution. The store itself is OK. There were no poop pick up bags available outside, the cat nip offered for sale looked very dead and check out was very slow for some reason.
They really know a lot about the animals. I was nervous because I wanted to purchase a fish, but I wasn't really educated on how to care for one. So I approached one of the staff , and she guided me another staff who knew all about how to care for fish. He was so friendly and patient with me. He even wrote everything down so I wouldn't forget. I walked out with a big smile on my face ready to start showing my cute little fishy a whole lot of love. So, great service from the staff at Petco! Very grateful.
It's not specific to this location. That is fine, but when you have a rewards acct why they can't pull up a past receipt is I effective. And the reason I'm now a PetSmart loyalist.
