Had a lot of good reptile stuff at a good deal. No animal seemed stressed and everything is clean. I think as long as they stay with not selling puppies and having too many animals then they can manage this place wil be a staple

Great store. Extremely clean and all animals looked to be very well taken care of. The young man that sold us our conure was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend this store to anyone wanting a new pet or supplies!

They let their animals sit in cages all day. They let their bird sit in a cage so long with no people interaction that it has became Literally crazy. No food insight for the geckos or snakes Or turtles. Their fish tank was disgusting. Looks like it hasn’t been cleaned in months. Workers are very rude and any question you ask they will get an attitude, except one very nice girl there with glasses. She was the only respectful one the others anytime you ask them question it was an attitude. Would never recommend This place, especially if you have kids non-kid friendly, will stare and follow you for no reason at all. Do not go here go to Ashland.

Love this place, Josh is super knowledgeable about his fish and helped me get my first tank up and going, and helped me get my first fish. She's doing great. Majority of the bad reviews on here involved the puppies and since then they have solved the puppy issue, they don't have dogs anymore. This place is honestly deserving of a better rating, it's real nice.
