Went into Petland today with my daughters to adopt a hamster & some toys. Ray helped us pick out everything we needed & went above & beyond explaining things to us. He was very helpful & friendly. I came in a few days ago and bought a frog, the employee who helped us was Raymond. He was the absolute sweetest guy ever, very friendly and customer service was AMAZING. He gave us any and all information we asked for, all accurate. This man deserves a raise! He is always so nice every time I’m in there.

Went to browse hamsters for my daughter's birthday but left with the cutest little bunny! Thanks to the super friendly and helpful worker, Ray, we got everything we needed to get the newest family member started. 🥰

For the third time visiting the South Point OH store, I was greeted as soon as I walked in. Your same Associate, “Ray”, who had helped on my first visit, asked if he could help with anything. Being a new Bloodhound ‘mom’, he answered questions, showed ma options, and was a tremendous help. I simply want to say “ thank you” for hiring knowledgeable staff, who are eager and happy to help us.

Had a great time shopping here! Ray was super helpful and was very knowledgeable. Ended up adding a few new pets to my collection. I will definitely shop there again. The manager (can’t remember her name) was also awesome, and stopped to help on her way out.
