I order a ton of stuff from their online store for my home aquarium. They ship quickly. In the event of a problem with the items, they have the best customer service I have found with any online aquarium goods seller. You can speak with an actual human when you call them. I will give them 5 stars on everything.

Placed an order one evening, then next morning my order shipped! When I received the order the packing was impeccable. A box of salt was put into a separate box then shipped and two bottles of liquid were sealed in a plastic bag and boxed within a small box that was placed in a larger box! This might now t sound like a big deal, but countless times I have orders salt and it come shipped in its own boat or bottles of liquid are just rattling around inside a larger shipping box. The attention to this detail is appreciated.
