Country Club Animal Hospital

BOARDING - I recently left my diabetic furbaby for medical boarding, and they took excellent care of him. I had PTSD from a previous vet experience where I left my dog, and he received terrible care. However, at Country Club Animal Hospital, the doctors and techs were amazing. They took such good care of him that I was able to enjoy my trip without worry. They sent me pictures and kept in constant contact about my furbaby’s medical issues. I highly recommend their boarding services. It is a bit pricey, BUT, its so worth the peace of mind knowing your furbaby is in great hands. VET SERVICES - I’ve been taking my furbabies to Country Club Animal Hospital since 2008. I moved far away and had to switch vets, but I recently returned—and let me tell you, their service and care are worth the drive! The doctors here are amazing. Dr. Bo and Dr. Aug, in particular, are fantastic. I’ve never felt rushed during visits. They make you feel like your pet is their top priority, even though they’re attending to other pets at the same time. As someone who has experienced other vets after leaving, I can confidently say you won’t be disappointed with Country Club Animal Hospital. STAFF - The staff is NOT what it use to be. I have noticed the decline in the years, but I'm noticing this in other places as well. The New Generation prefers to be on their phone rather than attend to clients, and pay attention to what they are doing. I was left in a room for a long time, before finding out that the doctor was never told that I was waiting. The front desk staff is definately not what it use to be, BUT the doctors and techs are still amazing and worth it!!!

Dr. Bogdanski is the most amazing vet! I take all three of my dogs there to see him, and have been a client for nearly two decades. Every experience has been great. Dr. Bo is the kindest, honest, and most experienced veterinarian out there. While I've been a long-time client of Dr. Bo and this practice, I wanted to write this review now because of a recent experience. My frenchie Bandit was attacked by a neighbor’s dog. His little paw was shredded. Dr. Bo took us in right away, immediately addressed his paw with surgery to fix the damage. To say I was distraught is an understatement. Bandit is my fur baby. Dr. Bo was so compassionate. Giving me tissues as I cried in his office, saying kind words to help calm me in this time of panic and worry. In the last couple weeks coming into the office for bandage changes the entire staff was so kind and friendly. It was so nice walking in and hearing “Hi Bandit!”. We finally got the sutures removed this week and his paw looks perfect! I am amazed at how well it healed considering the damage the other dog did. And while it did cost me to get everything fixed, the prices were extremely reasonable compared to emergency vets and other vet hospitals. Through this entire ordeal, Dr. Bo was there for me and my Bandit. And I can't thank him and his staff enough for everything he did to help my little man. He is the BEST!

I cannot say enough good things about this hospital! Dr. Naya & the rest of the staff are so kind. I have a large dog who has extreme anxiety when at the vet. He gets very nervous & acts aggressive so I have a hard time finding a vet that works well with him. For the first time in 9 years of having my dog, I finally felt like someone had the patience to understand that he is nervous not just a large aggressive dog. Prior to taking him in I was very clear about how my dog can be. They immediately worked with him by using treats, getting down to his level, making him feel more comfortable before starting anything. They allowed me to go in the back & stay with him the whole time as he prefers being with him. My dog also has terrible allergies so they definitely could have pushed to sell me on other meds/treatments but the doctor first listened to his history as well as my thoughts & took that into account. It was such a great experience overall. I am so beyond thankful. I have also taken my cat & they were wonderful with her as well.

I have been going to CCAH for over 13 years now. And, both Dr. Augsten and Dr. Bo have saved my fur babies whom I am obsessed with. The staff is great and Laz, Jennifer, Javier, and Cassidy are fantastic to work with. It can be so difficult to have a good vet when you have English Bullies. I can't imagine not having Dr. Augsten take care of them. And, Dr. Bo in tandem with Dr. A saved my tiny poodle's life a few years ago. I cherish this practice.

Dr. Bo has been the best vet I could ask for. My 14 year old doggy was having serious dental issues and he helped me through the whole process while being kind and honest. The staff were all super helpful and patient with all my questions. Thanks to Dr. Bo and his techs Wisky is completely recovered and he is back to being his energetic self. I will only be seeing Dr. Bo from here on out.
