Petco

The people at this store are always so nice, and they gave my dog a cookie today for her birthday! The store is always well stocked with lots of fun and seasonal items too.

Called ahead to ensure they had an item. Drove straight from the animal hospital with my cat to pick up. They didn't have it. The young manager was receptive when I told her the honorable thing to do would be selling me a similar item for the quoted price.

I didn’t expect to bleed when I came into Petco, but they’ve got these rusty shelves in the store. I cut my foot on one of these trying to maneuver my dog, then found myself in the ER receiving a Tetanus shot that evening. This is a safety issue for pets and customers and they don’t seem to care much about it.

The young woman at the front was amazing. She was calm and very friendly to my dog upon check-in. When I went to pick up my dog the groomer was rude. I mentioned when I dropped my dog off, that she did not care for other pets and she gets very excited. The lady then advised me that my dog did not like other animals, which I what I told her already. I felt my dog was treated like she was a murderer and she did not seem to like my dog. My dog smelled good and was happy. I’ll be looking for another place next time.

Incompetent, dismissive, and condescending staff. Great job on providing a poor customer service experience, Petco Davis. I'll be sure not to spend my money with your company going forward and will instead do so with Petsmart. -A former Petco employee
