We had our 5 1/2 month old Golden Retriever groomed for the first time. Kara was very professional, she took time to explain what she would be doing providing what our puppy would allow her to do without too much anxiety. She did a great job!

I had a lot of personal worries at that time and on top of everything else my doggy needed to be groomed. It was a last minute attempt to get help from anyone that would listen. Luckily for me waggers saved my life. I can’t even explain how they helped my situation and did such a great job on my Moose. I love them. Everyone was so sweet and caring to me and relieved my stress so I could face what I was going through. I recommend them highly.

I needed to change my appointment for Cooper and Kayla was accommodating on short notice. Upon pickup Kayla let me know that Cooper was a handful like not wanting his feet touched. She took it all in stride. And as usual Cooper was newly groomed handsome boy. Thank you Kayla

Awesome service! Our dog is a 9mth old rescue and has anxiety when it comes to bath time. Tracy is amazing with our dog Luca. She has the patience for him. Prices are very reasonable. Luca comes home smelling great, feeling so soft and fluffy again. I would highly recommend WAGGERS/Tracy to anyone.

Overall dissatisfied with my experience here. Took my dog to Waggers as an alternate grooming place for my dog but it was the worst decision. I came home and checked my dog’s ears because he was shaking his head a lot and noticed there was a clump of dry blood on his ears from a possible graze of the trimmers. As I was cleaning his ears, there was another cut inside his right ear. Not really happy that the groomer did not communicate to me during pick up that they had accidentally cut him. I would forgive them since it was an accident, but I put my trust on them after I had explained to them if they worked with disabled dogs. These cuts on his ears just added more worry and stress. Therefore, I will not be bringing in my dog here anymore.
