The staff here are exceptionally pleasant and super helpful. They treat my doggie like a superstar and he loves coming here. Highly recommend this location 👍🏽🙏🏽

My husband and I had an excellent experience with Petco Dog Trainer Natalie at the 1006 Florin Rd Petco Location in Sacramento!! We just adopted a 5-month-old rescue pup named Max. Max is a sweet, but very energetic German shepherd and pittie mix. We were worried Max might be too excited to be successful with group training, so Natalie suggested 6-week private lessons so he could get familiar with the process and get a foundation in the basics. This turned out to be the best decision! Natalie had her work cut out for her with our rascal, but she handled Max brilliantly. It was eye opening to see that our squirrelly puppy is not only trainable but made fantastic strides! Natalie is so nice, down to earth, has such a great attitude, and is exceptionally observant and in tune with dogs. We enjoyed Petco dog training with a couple different trainers in the past when our older dog was a puppy, but Natalie is by far the best trainer we have worked with. Observing Natalie’s confidence with handling and training Max gave me confidence that I could successfully replicate the lessons at home. This aspect of dog training has not been easy for me, but being in these classes has really helped me bond with my dog. We are so grateful for Natalie’s guidance and are ever so pleased with Max’s progress. Max has reached heckin’ good boy status! Next stop, super good boy status and beyond! Thank you Natalie!!

My dog Mali and I took the fundamental training class with the instructor Natalie at Petco on Florin Rd. This was a great course because Natalie is outstanding in her knowledge, experience, and teaching methods. I have taken many training courses with my dogs over the last 15 years and can say Natalie is the best trainer I have ever had. She gets to know your dog, adapts training for their particular needs, and really cares about them. Petco is very lucky to have Natalie. She is the best.

Staff were smug and laughed at me for asking a question about a coupon book. Very unprofessional and would not recommend coming to this location.

Shout out to Natalie the dog trainer! The passion and dedication she has for animals, dogs in specific is nothing short of inspiring. She is knowledgeable and has the patience & skill to handle all three of my 100+ lbs dogs. I’ve got 4 dogs in training at the moment with her and I couldn’t be happier.
