Would be a great place for Petsmart to buy... this petco is the worst ran, has the absolute worst customer service and better, rarely have what you need! You can call, verify they have something, drive an hour to the store to be told they are out and have been out for days??? The store is dirty, the door was broke for months... not days, not weeks, months.. Best part of all charging for bags? Lmao Petco you are an absolute joke. 10 cents for something you pay less than a penny... you are profiting off bags for goods purchased and claiming it's for the environment... lmao stop printing receipts, that yields 10x savings over bags, that the gas station gives for free... if you wish to shop here come after digging a ditch so you won't feel dirty after being in the store. Oh yeah stop and get a drink that comes with the free bag elsewhere so you can supply your own method of carrying purchased goods out of the store if they happen to have what you need by chance. Won't be long, this store is on its way out.. Employees of this petco, Petsmart in bellevue is clean and hiring! as I had to go there to get the items I came to your store to purchase. I can't wait to see the owners reply about how they will do better and whatever lol it's a joke, they don't care.. been 10 years like this... not a month or two...

Toke my chocolate lab who doesn’t bite and is the happiest lab ever 45 mins after dropping him off I get a phone call to come pick him up “due to bitting at the hair dryer” which is common for dogs they clearly don’t have employees with patience or know what they’re doing. Highly do not recommend taken your pet to this location.

I went online to buy 150.00 worth of food for my dog and was going to pick it up in store. I added it to my cart, went to the checkout page, added the coupon code you sent to my email and all of a sudden they were out of stock....On 3 different flavors of food I was going to purchase. WT Heck??? I had to go to town anyway so I stopped by the store. To my surprise there was a freezer full of all the food I was trying to purchase online and pick up in the store. WHY DO YOU EVEN OFFER TO ORDER ONLINE and add a coupon if you are not going to honor it? Very confusing. I am truly disappointed in your store and online. The guy at the checkout counter didn't have any explanation nor did he seem to care that I had this problem. Ridiculous I think I am just going to go to Ollie.com and order from them from now on. signed, a very unhappy customer

We booked an appointment with Madison over a month ago. Got there for the appointment and they said they couldn’t take her with just a rabies vaccination tag, they needed her paperwork too. I’ve taken dogs in the past with just their tags, when did this change? I checked the email and all it says they require is proof of vaccination which the tags are. Why weren’t we informed they required more now! Now it will probably be another month or more before we can get her groomed. I told her we live 5 minutes away and could run get them but she said she didn’t have the time.

If it was possible to leave 0 stars I would. Recently moved to Dickson and decided to take my puppies here. The grooming my dog got was such a disappointment and a mess. It looked as if her face, head, and tail were untouched. Her feet were a mess and in general looked as though someone did not know how to groom a Shih Tzu. I will NEVER be taking my dog back. I ended up having to drive over an hour back to my normal groomer to get this fixed. So sad. Not worth what it costs for a groom here.
