I drive an extra few miles just to visit this specific location. The staff is super knowledgeable and friendly. The store is always well stocked and clean. Donna is amazingly helpful when it comes to Beta Fish and how to care for them properly!! Also, they have a really wide ranged selection of pet treats where some other franchise pet stores slack on. Love this store! 💕🐶 🐈 🐠🐭🐹

My dog has never had a worse haircut in his 11 years of life. I have a long haired golden retriever and most (if not all?) people know that you are to scissor trim their chest, neck, and arms, but never shave them. I asked for a minor trim to do some clean up on the overgrowth and they took a razor and just completely shaved all the long hair off everywhere. And even worse it is so uneven and botched I can’t even begin to explain. He is 11 years old and looks like a 6 month old puppy who hasn’t had the chance to grow his hair out. He also smells straight like perfume. I mean an absolutely terrible, CVS brand $2 perfume. It was also $88 which is straight up robbery. I will 100% make sure to take my dog elsewhere in the future. Booked an appt for my dog to get a bath and was told I booked with someone who is not yet fully trained and can’t fulfill all of the bath responsibilities…. Waste of my time driving to this location to then have to leave because there were no other groomers on site. The booking system on their app did not indicate that I was booking with someone incapable of fulfilling said service. Awful, don’t recommend.

Now this is what I expected to find at Petco. If you saw my review of the Petco in Franklin you might have thought they were all that shorty NOT THIS LOCATION This was well stocked. The staff was very attentive and wanted to help No dead fish in tanks here It smelled clean and was clean I went here today to adopt a dog from a rescue organization that held an event here and left with a new family member I stocked up on supplies while here and this location had everything I needed and more It is a bit far from my home but I will return here and grab a few a few months supplies at a time If my next visit goes as well as today i will upgrade my number of stars
