“Animals first” - just hypocritical af. I can’t call myself much of an animal defender, but I do not appreciate seeing dead fishes in fist sized cans or aquariums each time I go there. Petco: great/ok. Petco “ONLINE”: a nightmare! Avoid online ordering! Petco thinks it’s easy to seamlessly get items ordered & delivered properly? Apparently NOT! I did a regular first time order with free same day shipping. Picked my items for my new puppy-all said “same-day”. Nothing about said items coming from each different store in the Pacific Northwest to fulfill it! And no less-nothing about it being a DIFFERENT poor door dash driver FOR.EACH.ITEM! 6 products.6 different notifications.6 DIFFERENT DRIVERS! Not even kidding. I called a Petco store when I realized what was happening. They said “that happens sometimes!!!?!?!”. It’s called LOGISTICS. Petco doesn’t have it. Then-one month later what shows up? A monthly subscription of the same items! I guarantee I Cancled that repeat delivery after the first debacle! Now I have to return that. The worst experience ever. I guess I have to shop in store for these type of liquid products since I usually get counterfeit/adulterated items from Amazon if it’s something they can easily replace with cheap dollar store shampoo or whatever the product is. Look into that! That’s a whole different problem. Ugh.

Customer service was great, and they did a great job on my moms dog. It was a little expensive, but overall it was a easy and seamless transaction.

I go to Petco, because they are the only game in town that carries the food our dogs will eat. Luckily, this time it was in stock (which is hit or miss). Since we have other pets to feed, I was all "let me get some betta food while I'm here". Hahaha, to my surprise, not a single betta food in stock. (Photo, top left shelf and pegs). How can you be completely out of an entire assortment? You carry a huge variety. And, this type of stocking played-out all over the store. Unfortunately, this is very typical of this location, and it's not just recent. Always seems to be stocking carts and DC totes everywhere, but nothing on the shelves. Perpetual lack of staff, and only 1 cashier. Today, only 1 shopping cart available. Customers were waiting their turn, because everyone was buying large bags of food.

Refused to clip my dogs nails because the lady didn't like me. I was nice and calm and she refused service I don't not recommend Petco grooming. They will refuse service for no reason over ora 🤣🤣 you'll loose customers that way.... Hope everyone has a great day
