Had a great experience stopping here with my new chi puppy Chikita. All the workers were really helpful and helped me find her all her needs! This isn’t my usual store, the one closer to my house never seems to have enough workers, things I need and nobody is very helpful. I think I will make the hike out here from now on!

My dog has come to this location with our other lab for over a year. We have been instructed by our veterinarian to regularly treat our husky with trazodone to ensure the dog is calm in going to grooming or veterinary appointments. After perfect behavior and all that time -today's before her sppt she was banned because my husband mentioned she was on her trazodone. They tried to say that they had a policy that they never mentioned to us. The relationship that we form with the people who are trusted with our prize possession are not someone that I would trust ever again !!. Beware pet owners because there's no relationship between pet owners and petco, its all about their business.. I wouldn't trust any of their locations!. Banning a dog because of how someone feels is not putting pets first!. My pictures should show the personality of my dogs!!. After a year of nothing but glowing reports of our dog, the manager overheard my husband discussing medicine with someone else when he suddenly kicked them out because of the sudden policy . I Think it's important to inform people that they will have their pet banned for taking certain prescription medication . After a year of our money they discriminated against our dog for medication. Groomers have no veterinary training and shouldn't have any voice in other people's pets health, so think about it before letting them near your pets. We are so in love with our dogs and no one should be discriminated by health !

I wish I would have looked at the reviews before taking my sweet golden here. I wrote in his paper work do not shave him and my wife also let them know not to shave him when he was dropped off. 4 hours later at pick up he was shaved and looked like a lab. To sad we are heart broken his beautiful long coat is gone is an understatement. I would never recommend taking your dog here for grooming.

Weekend is a busy. Only 2 cashiers are there. They looked like an overwhelmed. But try to kind and nice. Parking lots are crazy busy and tight. Outside This area’s little bit ghetto and I saw the many homeless people outside buildings. I’m live in Vancouver. I just stopped by quickly and buy for my can and dog foods. Also with out sales taxes.

Employees went over and beyond to take care of a pregnant mouse for my daughter. They made sure she was involved with everything and was invited to check up on her mouse till she was ready to come back home. This favor was huge for my kiddo and we appreciate the quality and care Sabastian and others have provided.
