Creature Comforts Pet Supplies

While the product selection is great and the staff are friendly, the enclosures for many of their live animals are abysmal and I cannot in good conscience recommend them to anyone searching to a humane alternative to Petco and Petsmart. Small animals, including rats, mice, hamsters, etc deserve to have at the very least adequate enclosures and enrichment but I saw none of that in their rat and hamster tanks. These wheels are a fraction of the size they should be, the mesh in them is a broken toe or leg waiting to happen, and the lack of actual enrichment is distressing. I understand temporary enclosures are common in pet shops, but these are unacceptable for even a temporary stay. I would encourage you to read other reviews about their animal care, as this does not seem to be a one off occurrence. Again, the staff was friendly and the product selection was wide but I don't find that to be enough to offset the poor animal husbandry I witnessed.

This store has everything you need for your fur babies. They have a huge variety of dog treats and chews, I get our lab the pig snots & Bocce brand treats. They even carry the refills for the mywoof pupsicle pops. Super friendly and helpful staff makes this a great place to stop for your pets needs.

I just love this placey wonderful Son just bought me (And the kiddos) two adorable Finches,cage and all the fixin's for $99.99! I'm over the moon happy! All the staff there are extremely friendly and helpful.I can't thank them enough 😁

Love the convenience. Love the employees. Don't love the Lake Oswego prices gouging our Oak Grove neighbors. Don't love that prices are sky-high and she pays her workers minimum wage and they work their butts off. Not OK in my book but good in a pinch.

Place is ok, usually twice the $ of other shops, but only place in the area to get 🦎 food...but it is bearded dragon approved by my two buys Mike and bob...
