Terrible store experience on Monday. I attempted to do an online pick up for acana dog food from 730 to 1130 in order to use a 15 dollar coupon. Every time I went to check out the screen went blank. I figure I could go in and they'd honor the price due to technical issues. The cashier had no name tag on and was laying on counter when I walked up on her phone. I explained the situation and she told me best she can do is 10 percent. I told her that's 4 dollars not even close to 15. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager and at that point I told her I didn't want the food. She showed no empathy or valued me as a customer. I would have gladly ordered online if it was working. This is why people order from chewy and Amazon. Employees that don't understand the value of customer service. It's really sad. So I went home ordered from chewy and got a bigger discount and bag of food and a 20 dollar gift card. I won't be back there and I hope those reading this won't either.

Great customer service! Extremely helpful and even took the extra mile to educate us on our new pets and how exactly to make the transition comfortable for everyone and every pet involved. Had great suggestions but not pushy salesman vibe at all. Would highly recommend!!!

I recently moved from New Hampshire to Florida and expected the same level of grooming service at Petco, but unfortunately, that wasn’t the case. I brought my Shih Tzu and Black Lab in for grooming on two occasions, and both times, the quality was disappointing. My Shih Tzu’s haircut was uneven, and she didn’t look like she had been groomed at all—her paws were still dirty, and her nails were sharp. I was told that buffing was an extra charge, which was never the case at my previous Petco location. My Lab, who was supposedly bathed, still had dirty paws and sharp nails, making me question whether a full grooming was actually done. Both visits took 3-4 hours, which would be understandable if the service was thorough, but it wasn’t. On top of that, my Lab is still shedding heavily, and they keep telling me I need to pay extra for a "special de-shedding treatment" because of Florida’s humidity. That doesn’t make sense—my dog sheds year-round, both in the summer and winter, and has never needed a "special treatment," just extra brushing. My previous Petco location simply did that as part of the service. After my first complaint, they offered a complimentary wash and nail service, which I appreciated, but it still didn’t meet expectations. I know Petco is a chain, but I had hoped for consistency in service. Unfortunately, I won’t be bringing my dogs back to this location. I’d recommend looking for a local groomer if you want more attention to detail and better care for your pets.

Prices are reasonable, I'm always in and out quick, everyone's always nice and friendly, and recently Marci was the associate who checked me out and she was personable and made me feel like a value customer. Thanks Marci
