Incredible Pets Inc

I stopped by Incredible Pets today, planning just to grab some crickets—but wow, this place is packed with cool animals! The variety is seriously impressive, way more than I expected. From reptiles to fish and everything in between, it was hard not to get distracted. Definitely a fun place to visit, even if you're just browsing.

I've been going to this pet store for years, and they've always accommodated and made it easy to buy necessities for my animals. They have a wide selection of animals from birds, to rabbits, to snakes, to lizards, to fish, and even axolotls. Even if you're not looking to purchase any animals, it's still fun to just go in and look at them. This is definitely my favorite local pet store, and I highly recommend it to anyone who's looking into choosing a pet, or anyone who needs a place to source their pet supplies.

Their pets are truly INCREDIBLE!!! The animals for sale here are clearly well taken care of. The shop is super clean and offers all of the stuff you'll need to keep your critters happy. The cages are clean, the animals look healthy and happy. They have all kinds of stuff... snakes, lizards, frogs, spiders, birds fish.... cool place. Like a zoo but you can bring home the animals (and no screaming kids)

The staff is great, however, I did not have a great experience buying a bunny from here. I bought a bunny from this place: November 25th, 2024. A week and 4 days later, it died. The vet said I did all the right things, but he got a coccidia parasite he highly got from being with the other rabbits from the same pen. Thus, it was something that he already had before I got him and because he was so young, his chances of surviving were extremely low. I called and spoke to the store manager (I forgot his name) while I was at the vet and told him that the bunny was sick and possibly got something from the other bunnies and if he could contribute to the vet bill in anyway since the bunny needed to be hospitalized and it was expensive (the vet hospital suggested I call and ask, in case, maybe the pet store would help me out) Store manager stated that he doesn't do that, the other bunnies were not sick, and no one's ever complained about the bunnies before. The only thing he offered was to replace the bunny with another one. The point is that I'm not getting another bunny from this place. It's a take-as-is place or "we'll replace it for you" kind of deal. That's why they say, "Adopt. Don't shop." Guess I learned the hard way. Especially after I've already spent so much money on this bunny and was starting to bond with him. Now, his cage, toys, etc. has been collecting dust in the office room.
