Petco

Our senior pup had her first ever visit to a groomer today. I usually take care of her at home but with less walking and more lounging she's been needing a spa day. They did an amazing job getting our girl all spiffed up. She was happy as could be after too. Thanks y'all for taking great care of our fragile babe. Also, everyone who works at the store at this location is always so kind and helpful.

I ordered several items on the Petco app. My order was ready for pickup just shortly after I put my phone down! When I arrived at Petco everyone that I dealt with was very nice, they all seemed to actually enjoy their jobs and truly appreciate the customer! That’s not something that I am used to! I will definitely shop at this Petco in the future!

I have recently been treated extremely rudely by the groomer and manager for having the nerve to ask them to correct mistakes they made on my account (they replaced my info with another dog family). I had been getting my dog groomed there several times and for some reason they merged my online account with another pet/owners last month, and seem to have replaced all my information with this families. Unfortunately this led to two canceled appointments as they falsely claimed my dog's vaccines were not up to date and had no records of my dog being there at all. Now all that would be fine, but when I asked if they could explain what happened and help make it right they insisted I was incorrect and my number (which I've had 15 years) was only ever associated with this chihuahua named Sophie. Both the groomer and manager clearly indicated I was in the wrong about my own phone number and dog's name/account and both hung up on me even though my tone was very calm, but hoping for ownership of the mistake. Very rude, insulting and unprofessional. Plus I can't imagine taking my dog to be cared for by folks who would be so unkind.

Wonderfully helpful staff, and they were so kind to my pup. Great experience! Will be back for items I can't get at other places.

Grooming staff is very rude and unwelcoming. They made me feel uncomfortable and like we were burdening them. First, I arrived a little early to my appointment for my dogs and the girl that greeted us said in a condescending tone that she’ll get us checked in at the actual time of our appointment. I left and came back later to check them in. When handing over my dogs, I explained how one of them, Loba, has anxiety and gets very nervous around people. The lady seemed to understand but about 10 minutes after I left, she calls me to tell me that my dog is acting out and she’s not going to be able to perform services… like did you even TRY to be a little patient or gentle in your approach to her? I’ve never had a groomer turn my dog away and I’ve been to other petcos many times with her. On top of that, her delivery was very cold and also condescending. I especially did not like how she said “so I’m going to need you to come pick your dog up” after explaining what’s going on. It just felt very unwelcoming. She offered to continue with our second dog but felt annoyed by the idea of keeping Loba in the kennel and hinted that she’d prefer I pick her up now, then our second dog later. I went with my gut and declined to continue services. I did not feel like I could trust my fur babies with them. I called them back to let them know and the girl who answered the call was also a bit rude lol. Is anyone who works here actually kind and patient?
