Awful grooming and management staff. Ashley left my dogs looking like hairless cats. I had asked them to leave them long haired. Reached out to management about this ( Lou J.) and he told me “ what do you want me to do”.When asked why they were shaved all the way down and were not done after 4 hours at being at the groomers, they banned me from Petco.

Literally ignored my directions about how low I wanted my dogs coat to be cut. It seems as though my dog received a rushed bald cut because they closed at 6. This was nowhere near what I asked for, I genuinely hate how low he was cut. He was rushed because it’s easiest for the groomers to cut the coat super low and rush appointments instead of giving customers what they ask for. I will never bring my dog back for grooming

I have been searching all day everywhere through PetSmart to find crickets and because due to the weather, they were either all dead or out of stock. I decided to try Petco and I went to the one on MacArthur in Irving, Texas and a sweet young lady named Ashley helped me out and came in clutch And decided to give me everything that she had in stock at a wonderful fair price at market price and on top of that, I went ahead and decided to stock up on the rest of my reptiles feed, which was fish and dry food. Thank you so much, Ashley. I appreciate you and your Petco branch For helping me out. You guys are killing it. You’re going over and beyond and I appreciate it so much thank you so much Ashley. Keep doing a great job.

I’m incredibly picky with my dog, Birdie. She has extreme OCD. However, I’ll say this Petco is my little secret. The team here is SO sweet, and always remembers Birdie and makes her comfortable. I can tell she even likes to go see the nice lady who gives her a bath! They have adorable holiday packages too and she always comes home with a new bandana. Highly recommend.

Took my puppy 🐶 there for the first time and they did a fantastic job on his groom. He is a GoldenDoodle. Friendly service and fast 💨 I even got him a cute festive bandana for a great deal.
