Miguel is very friendly, quick and reliable when it comes to any issues with the tank, We discussed a possible tank with him and he came to my house that very day to made it happen with fish ready water and live rock and sand. Searched all over Dallas and Saltwater Paradise was by for the best one I visited. It was nice to get information that was accurate and not a guess or them just trying to sell me some merchandise. They gave me time to look without pushing me into buying anything. When I was ready to buy Valeria was on it! She made sure I was well taken care of for my starter salt aquarium! My fish and corals are doing great and the pictures don’t do it justice!

Perfect displays, abundant selection, friendly staff, healthy fish and coral, prices are half that of the next cheapest store in DFW. Since I found this place I only shop here.

I cannot even begin to describe what a great experience I had at Saltwater Paradise. They could almost charge admission just to go in to see all their beautiful tanks, fish and coral. I am new to the saltwater hobby and had been there a few times just to look at all their beautiful stuff. So when I was finally ready to add a couple fish and coral I knew where I wanted to go. Valerie was so awesome and patient assisting me with testing my water and explaining the results, and helping me pick my fish and coral. Denise then followed up assisting me pick out all the rest of my necessities and further explaining everything and she was just as awesome ! I have two other fish stores much closer but when it comes to buying livestock I will make the drive to Saltwater Paradise. If you are into the Saltwater hobby this is definitely the place to go.
