Very rude staff. Stopped here because I wasn’t near my normal place in Croton—which we ADORE. This place is smelly and way too cramped. Tiny selection for dogs and my biggest complaint is that the staff is very rude. I asked for wet food toppers and instead of being helped, I was asked why am I topping the food? There’s no reason to do that and then when I told her my brand of pet food (which isn’t a cheap one), she said “you can do better than that.” Bought two cans of overpriced sub-par product to hold me over until I can get to my regular place where the staff is knowledgeable, kind, and the products are FAR superior and better priced. Honestly, I wish I had gone to Petco. And that says a lot because I would much rather support a small business.

This is a nice local store. They seem to try to do an awful lot with their space, products, etc. They are always happy to chat through questions about dog food and such. They are also good about tracking frequent buyer discounts from brands..
