I cannot thank the entire staff at SEVN enough. My husband and I drove down from PA to visit family for the holidays when my one beagle started having seizures out of nowhere with no prior history. The staff immediately took my pup in and listened as we explained everything. Dr.Durr was so attentive and laid out options for how we could proceed with helping our fur baby. They provided the best possible care and because of SEVN my pup has been seizure free and is returning to her old self!

Dr. Reese was so kind and attentive with all my concerns for my dog, Quinn. He gave me a better understanding and information about Quinns condition. The office is spotless. I highly recommend this practice for your pets. Dr. Reese, wonderful. The young lady who brought us to the exam room was very kind. I can't recall her name. I never felt rushed. The Doctor answered all my questions.

The best thing I could say is everyone we encountered listened and each person I spoke with really CARED. I felt very good as we left the office that Dr Durr and the therapist had a plan developed to help my sweet Bitty. Thank you. Dr Durr was thorough, made me feel comfortable, and provided me with hope, the therapist spent time fitting a harness, and telling me about how to use it . And the vet tech listened to me attently as I rambled on nervously about Bitty's entire life story! Thank you everyone! cutting my "tasmanian devil's"nails...just kidding , I appreciated the hope that was provided for my little pug!

Everyone was so kind, warm and welcoming upon entering today. Dr. Reese was compassionate given our circumstance coming in and honest and clear about choices. I left with hope and assurance and a plan to help my pet get through a difficult time and hopefully following the plan will give us the best outcome. Grateful 🙏 Everyone today receives gold stars from us.

Everyone that we interacted with were outstanding. Even though we needed to come in after hours, we were seen promptly and they fit our dog in for an MRI and surgery immediately. It meant a lot that the doctor was so concerned with her wellbeing and we were comforted by his wealth of knowledge and kind manner throughout. We would not hesitate to return in the future or to recommend the practice to friends and family. Thank you Dr. Reese, Alexander Alzate, and the rest of your team for taking such exceptional care of our little Linguine and for putting my husband and I at ease during such a scary time.
