Ordered online and had our first axolotl delivered before Christmas! We had ordered after the holiday window and were prepared to wait but were surprised with the wonderful delivery today on Christmas Eve! The package was well packed and safely made it all the way to Idaho. Also looking at all their guides on their website has helped us prepare in the best way possible for our adorable Gilly (GFP dirty leucistic). Right now we are still in the process of cycling our tank but following the directions on the Axolotl Planet website for thorough guidance!

We ordered our baby last Friday and it came yesterday. Absolutely my favorite thing in the whole world. A little disappointment because I did email multiple times and asked questions and they were never responded too. I do love how they send a ton of info to you and have amazing color morphs.

Drew is wonderful! Very nice and an expert on axolotls. I called him several times for info I couldn’t get elsewhere after I got a couple axolotls from the store, and he was happy to help every time. However, I’m giving three stars because of my experience with the lady with short hair and tattoos when I went in person some time ago. I’m not judging the tattoos, etc.; that’s just for reference for who I’m talking about. The store is cool, and they offer axolotl boarding as well as reserving axolotls so you can choose some to pick them up another day.
