Loved this Petco! Fostered a dog for the day from Dekalb animal shelter and gave him a bath and bought him tests and toys. I left my purse and called hours later and they still had it and kept it safe for me until the next day. Great people and clean, nice store!

Love the DIY dog wash stations! So easy and having all the right tools/towels/treats available right there is amazing. And you don’t have to clean up the mess like you do at home!

I love coming to this petco because its the closest to my house and it has everything I need, This staff is usually very sweet and welcoming and Tyler is anything but i thought he was having a bad day the first time but this is the second time ive come in contact with him and hes been very rude and short, As if he’s annoyed Im shopping. I felt rushed at checkout , didn’t even give me a bag for my things and then locked the doors at 6:50. Yenni, River all great staff I appreciate all your help. Tyler please work on your customer service skills any maybe learn from your coworkers.

Well stocked small(ish) store. This has easily become my go-to pet supply store when I moved closer to the area. I was initially surprised how many items they had in their smaller space, but they generally have what I am looking for; if out of stock they send it to my home address for free (on average takes a few days). Things that keep me coming back: quality selection of cat items; easy in/out; easy parking; helpful friendly staff. The staff are definitely the cherry on top, approachable and helpful when needed, not only that, I see them trying hard to keep the store clean while multitasking, their efforts are very noticeable. Bonus features: dog washing stations (owner washes dog), dog training, litter refill area, free home delivery for out of stock items (not sure if any restrictions apply, but never been an issue for me).

River, the store Associate was extremely kind, helpful and knowledgeable. The other manager was also very helpful with the bath instructions. It was a great experience!
