Pet Supermarket

We pop in here often to look at animals with our young kids and buy toys for our dog. Today we came in with our 6 and 3-year-old, and the manager William was amazing. He opened the ferret and guinea pig cages, teaching the kids all sorts of facts about each animal and letting them pet them gently. He even let my son touch a snake, which was a highlight! William was super knowledgeable and helpful. When our kids are old enough to have their own tanks/small pets, we’ll definitely work with William! Great experience.

This location does pretty good for me. The store manager called me to confirm my online order with in-store pick up due to an influx of similar orders from non-local customers. Unfortunately I missed his follow up call to let me know that the item I was purchasing had a busted bag. I opted against taking it as I didn’t want to expose my dogs to anything…who knows the circumstances around the tear in the bag and in todays climate it’s hard to tell. I gave 4 stars as I believe store stock levels are not adequate for the local community it serves.

I had a very disappointing experience at this Pet Supermarket location today. The young male employee working was incredibly rude and offensive to me and my two kids. We love visiting pet stores, and we asked if they had any pets available for adoption, specifically cats. While he did show us the cats, he also made an unnecessary and insulting remark, implying that my children would be mean to the animals. Additionally, I noticed the cats were sitting in their litter box, which concerned me. When I asked about it—wondering if they might be scared or experiencing a health issue—he responded with unnecessary back-and-forth rather than addressing my concern. These were Domestic Shorthair orange cats, and given that a large percentage of them are male, I was genuinely curious if there was any medical reason behind their behavior. Customer service should be about respect and helpfulness, especially in a pet store where animal welfare is a priority. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. I hope management takes note and ensures better training because, at the end of the day, customers are the reason businesses stay open and employees keep their jobs.

OMG. Aiden did such a good job. 3 weeks later these goldfish are doing great. Thanks Aiden for helping me and my nephew Ethan with his fish today.
