Unfortunately, today I have to change my rating from a four to one. This has been my store for the last six years. I have a dog, a cat, a rabbit and a bearded dragon. Today I was very disappointed by the horrible and rude service I received from Vivian. I was getting some worms for my bearded dragon, and it rung up a different price from what I thought it should be and I didn’t argue. I just said i’m not gonna get the worms. I will get crickets instead. She rolled her eyes. I told my daughter, I don’t know who she thinks shes talking to im almost 50 years old, she turned around and said “WHAT?” Very confrontationally. She finally went to get the cricket she brought them back and I know what large crickets look like the crickets were not large. They looked fairly small. And when I asked her, she said with the attitude, these are large crickets. I got them out of the large box. You can go see yourself. so I put the bag down that I had paid for. I went to look at the cricket. She comes over get in my face and says get out of our bucket!! And I said you know what you’re being so rude. I asked to speak to the manager and she said I am the manager today and I was like no you can’t be the manager being this unprofessional. I never raised my voice, my 18-year-old witnessed it and so did my small children who were looking at the cats before. I was so shocked and I told her I’m sorry you’re having a bad day ma’am but there’s no reason to be rude and she just shook her neck with an attitude and raised her voice for no reason I stayed calm. She finally went to go get Gary, who was the general store manager and I told him what had happened. Gary made it right he said well maybe the cricket came in smaller and I said there was no reason for her to be so rude to me. I was shocked. This is the holiday season everywhere I go on holiday cheer and then I run across this person who was super rude. I will be escalating this to corporate because there’s absolutely no reason for her attitude. She shouldn’t be on the cash register. Honestly, she shouldn’t even be at the store.

Went in looking for a fish tank and accessories. The store associate Victoria was extremely knowledgeable and helpful!! She mentioned a few things that we weren’t aware of and made sure that we understood everything!! The store cashier Mathew went above and beyond!!! We were there on Black Friday but the items we were processing weren’t on sale. Mathew mentioned “price match”. We looked the items up by their item number ONLINE and we were able to use the online price rather then the store price WHICH SAVED US ALOT OF MONEY!! Thank you Mathew && Victoria for your assistance!!! I would’ve given the store a 5 star rating but there was a store associate that was giving an attitude vibe when asked to assist us & I didn’t care for it. I know his name but I don’t want to blast him. Anyways thank you to the main associates here for a great experience!!

I love Jen at Bedford Petco!! She’s always so helpful and willing to take time to understand what myself and my pets need! I keep coming back for the great prices/savings and her assistance!!
